Returns & Refund Policy

Return window

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags and labels.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, underwear and lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged unless the original packaging is sealed and unopened.

Limited editions

Each model is released in a limited run and is not re-released once sold out. If your size is no longer available when we confirm your order, we cancel it and refund any payment in full.

How to return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, we refund the payment to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to show the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it at our cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp.
